ITU Pan American New York City Triathlon
July 5 2005 – It feels so good to start the season by saying that we are on the right track—especially for the first international competition. I didn’t really know what to expect, but one thing was certain: I had done all the work necessary in my training and I was ready for my first test.

World Cup - Edmonton
July 23 2005 – It has been said many times over the course of this World Cup event in Edmonton that this was one of the toughest competitions on the international circuit…and that’s what I was expecting. So there I was, among the best!!! I started the competition coming out of the water with the 7th best time in the swim (I was the second Canadian).

National Championships - Kelowna, British Columbia
August 21, 2005 – I was ready…I had been waiting for this race for a very long time. I arrived in Kelowna, B.C., in top shape. Over time, and with experience, I have learned to have confidence in myself above all, and to tell myself that most of the work has already been done.

World Championship - Gamagori, Japan
Septembre 10, 2005 – I may be writing to you a little late, but fatigue from the trip and the 13-hour time difference between here and Japan has really knocked me out.

World Cup in New-Zealand
November 13, 2005 – Montréal native, Kathy Tremblay (2h 13min 42s) came in 27th on the last stage of the season on the triathlon World Cup circuit, in New Plymouth, New Zealand.
