Triathlon de Montréal
As I mentioned the last time, I had three races left before the end of my season. After my biggest race of the season (the Canadian Championships in Durmmondville, Que.), I took home some victories in my last three races, in Vaudreuil, Québec City, and Montréal.

Canadian Championship / ITU Pan American Cup
August 5, 2007 – The Canadian Triathlon Championships, which is part of the ITU Pan American Cup calendar, took place last Sunday, in Drummondville. Many athletes made their way down for the occasion, namely Americans, some Mexicans and, of course, Canada’s most elite athletes.

Pan American Cup - Geneva
July 14, 2007 – After a second victory (on July 7 in Saint-Lambert), I headed to the city of Geneva in New York State for an international race that was held this past weekend.

The Great Muskoka « Chase »
The Muskoka long-distance triathlon took place last Sunday. It was nice and hot, and there were a lot of people from all over trying to take home some of the $25,000 prize money.

Florida Ironman
May 20, 2007 – As I've no doubt told you, I decided to start my season differently this year by doing long-distance triathlons. My first stop was in Florida, in the wonderful world of Disney, to do the Orlando Half-Ironman.
